How are you all ? Hope you all are well. Once again I appeared among you with another new recipe post of mine. Today I will share with you the recipe for cooking chickpeas. Let's start the recipe-
We often cook and eat different types of dough at home. (Eg: Moong dal, Lentil dal, Kalaya dal, Chickpea dal etc.). Especially in the hotels of our country, doula is given in the morning with porta Eating paratha with a dollop is a lot of fun. I also eat at home sometimes.
Chickpea Daul Cooking Recipe.

1. Chickpeas | - 500 grams. |
2. Green chili flakes - | small cup. |
3. Chopped onions | - one cup. |
4. One teaspoon of turmeric powder. | |
5. Half a cup of garlic. | |
6. garam masala | half teaspoon |
7. Cumin seeds amount to one tea. | |
8. Oil- | 1 cup. |
9. Like the amount of salt. |
Step-1.
First, the chickpeas should be soaked in water for 1 hour. Wet it with clean water.
Step-2.
Now cut onion pepper garlic and put it in a bowl.
Step-3.
Now soak the chickpeas for an hour in a pan and add enough water to the dals. Then heat should be applied So that the pulses are cooked. Then I added some chopped onions, pepper and garlic. Heat for as long as the dals are not cooked. But if you cook the dough in a pacer cooker, it will be cooked very quickly Otherwise it will be too late.
Step-4.
When the daul is cooked, keep it in a bowl without stirring it. Because the dough should be cooked in a soft state.
Step-5.
Now I again put the pan in the oven and put oil in it. Then stir the onion with a chopper. Then add cumin powder and then add boiled chickpeas. Then add garam masala and stir for some time
