How are you all? Hope you all are well. I'm fine too. I am back again to share my new recipe post with you. Today I will share a beautiful recipe with banana mocha. Hope you all like it. Let's start-

Banana mocha fritters are delicious and nutritious recipe



Materials-

  1. Banana Mocha One Pitch.
  2. potatoes
  3. turmeric powder
  4. Onion
  5. Pepper.
  6. Garlic
  7. Oil.
  8. Salt.


Step-1.

First, cut a mocha from the banana plant and take out the banana seeds inside. It means that the bananas that are made of must be cleaned and removed from the mecha.

Now cut the whistles into small pieces. If you want, you can fry it big

Now place a pan in the oven and add water to it and add the mashed banana leaves. And should be boiled for some time.

As the whistles continue to simmer, chop the onions, peppers and garlic Just cut some potatoes into small pieces.

Now when the banana leaves are boiled, take them down and cover them with cold water. Then pour it into a container.

Now put the pan in the oven and put oil in it. Then add chopped onions, chillies and garlic and stir for some time.

Now when the masalas turn a little reddish in color, add boiled banana leaves and chopped potatoes.

Now stir well and add salt and turmeric. Stir well until it gets fried.

Now you can eat it as you wish It is very fun to eat with rice, roti and so on It contains many vitamins and nutrients. This dish is my favorite, my mother actually makes it for me at home.
