  1. 3 eggs (boiled),

  2. 100 grams of shrimp,

  3. 1 cucumber,

  4. 1 packet of noodles,

  5. 100 grams of kidney beans,

  6. Bin 100 g (crushed),

  7. Capsicum 1 tsp (crushed),

  8. Garlic 1 tablespoon (crushed),

  9. 1 tablespoon of vinegar,

  10. Salt-pepper to taste,

  11. 1 tablespoon of butter.

  12. Blanch the noodles with salt and vinegar. Boil the vegetables. Keep the shrimp lightly steamed.

  13. Cut the cucumber in half, scoop out the inside and fill it with egg yolk smeared with salt and pepper.

  14. Heat butter in a pan, lightly saute with boiled rajma and garlic paste and mix well with salt and sugar in a blender.

  15. Take out half of the boiled egg and fill it with rajma paste. Heat butter in a pan and fry whole peppers.

  16. Stir in the steamed vegetables and noodles. Put stuffed cucumber and stuffed egg with noodles in the serving dish. Serve garnished with vegetables and shrimp.
