When in comes to food of any sort, either for snacks or meals, i always prefer for a homemade, home cooked/prepared meal. Although it is time comsuming preparing such food and tiresome (especially cooking those that requires plenty of ingredients), but nothing beats the satisfying effects of the kitchen scent and aroma of freshly cooked food.
Today, i decided to prepare squid.This is so simple and quick to prepare (suitable for people with little amount of time to allocated for cooking)
This dish is called "Adobong Pusit", a typical dish for Filipinos that is soy sauce based mix with a small amount of vinegar and sugar. As long as you have the 3 main ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar and sugar) with allk the aromatics of your choice, then you are good to go!
