My Best Blurt Food: May 17 2022

My name is Princely and I'm going to share with you guys today about a very fast and tasty πŸ˜‹ food we mostly make in Cameroon. As you can see in the picture below is what we are in the farm last week.

It does not need any cooking like boiling, frying or cooking.

Ingredients

  • Sugar
  • Water (cold)

Minor Ingredients

  • Ground nut
  • Pear
    And before I forget, the name of the food is garri. We have two ways of preparing it namely;
  • Cooking in hot water
  • Mixing in cold water

How to prepare in hot water

STEP 1

  • Warm a particular quantity of water depending on the amount of garri.

STEP 2

  • Put the garri in the water while it's 40% warm.

STEP 3

  • You need to have a pistle so that you can stare your garri for about 2 to 4 minutes.

STEP 4

  • And after that, your good to go πŸƒ.

NB: If you prepare your garri with hot water, then you don't need any Ingredient to put in the garri. What you need is a sauce which is prepared differently. I won't be telling you about the sauces you can use but I think the fastest and simplest is fried eggs πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ₯‚.

How to mix in cold water

STEP 1

  • Put a particular quantity of water depending on the quantity of the garri.

STEP 2

  • Put the garri in the water.

STEP 3

  • Stare it with your spoon for 10 seconds.

STEP 4

  • Drain the water and put a new clean one

STEP 5(Final Step)

  • Put the amount of sugar you wish to put.

NB: Avoid too much sugar.
