How are you guys doing today? Its a blissful I guess. Today I just want to show and bring to you how I made pepper stew sauced with Cow skin and cow intestines which i ate along with spaghetti noodles.
- Getting my ingredients and recipes ain't something that is already at my door steps. I have to go out, walk some kilometers before I can get all this. I can term it as pre-preparation.
- This is where I got my cow skin and intestines
- I also got my pepper here like tomotoes,onion and rodo as it is locally called
PROCESS
- After I have gotten my ingredients and recipes, the first step you have to follow is prepare your intestines, cow skin and intestine, wash it and boil it.
- After that I washed them into a small pot and add the necessary recipes like salt, Onion, thyme, curry and maggie.
- While the cow skin and intestine are cooking gas, I took my time to grind my pepper with blender.
- Then this is the time to start cooking pepper stew....
INGREDIENTS AND RECIPES USED
- Grinded pepper
- Cow skin and intestines
- Maggie
- Salt
- Onion
- Red oil
- Curry and Thyme
- The first is get to my cooking pot on the cooking gas and added red oil
- After the red oil has got hot to a certain degrees, then add the Grinded pepper.Then add other recipes and ingredients like salt and maggie.
- Then this is the time to add the already boiled cow intestines and cow skin.
- After I made the pepper stew with it recipes. I thought of what to eat with the stew then I decided to make small amount Spaghetti golden penny pasta. Its simple to prepare just put my pot on cooking gas with small amount of water inside then break the spaghetti into pieces into the pot and add small salt
- After a period of about 5minutes you have to sieve to remove the starch from the spaghetti pasta and then cook for the second period but note people don't remove the starch they eat it like that and then put it back on the cooking device and add small salt.
- After all that this is my served meal
