Kitchen time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Butter 60 g + for lubrication
  • Flour 125 g
  • Cocoa powder 40 g
  • Soda ¾ h. Spoons
  • Salt ⅛ h. Spoons
  • Dark chocolate 115 g
  • Sugar 150 g
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Milk 120 ml
  • Ripe pears 3 pieces
  • Powdered sugar taste

Preparation

1 . Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Oil a baking dish. A square one with sides of 22-23 cm is best suited.
2 ․ Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

3 ․ Place the butter and chocolate in an ovenproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of boiling water so that the bowl does not touch the liquid. Stir until everything is melted.

1 . Transfer the butter and chocolate to another bowl. Add sugar and beat on a low mixer speed for a couple of minutes. The mass should brighten.

2 . Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.

6 ․ Add flour mixture and milk in two rounds. Mix thoroughly with a mixer or by hand.

7 ․ Peel pears from skins and cores. Cut into pieces and stir into dough.

1 . Put it in the prepared form. Bake for about 45 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the dough dry.

2 . Cool cake completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bon Appetit!
