Ingredients
- Butter 60 g + for lubrication
- Flour 125 g
- Cocoa powder 40 g
- Soda ¾ h. Spoons
- Salt ⅛ h. Spoons
- Dark chocolate 115 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Milk 120 ml
- Ripe pears 3 pieces
- Powdered sugar taste
Preparation
1 . Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Oil a baking dish. A square one with sides of 22-23 cm is best suited.
2 ․ Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
3 ․ Place the butter and chocolate in an ovenproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of boiling water so that the bowl does not touch the liquid. Stir until everything is melted.
1 . Transfer the butter and chocolate to another bowl. Add sugar and beat on a low mixer speed for a couple of minutes. The mass should brighten.
2 . Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.
6 ․ Add flour mixture and milk in two rounds. Mix thoroughly with a mixer or by hand.
7 ․ Peel pears from skins and cores. Cut into pieces and stir into dough.
1 . Put it in the prepared form. Bake for about 45 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the dough dry.
2 . Cool cake completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
