Look what I had for dinner today, without a doubt a delight, slices of bread and a homemade tartar sauce full of flavor, because although it was perfect, I was left wanting something better

So I put together the ingredients for a sourdough, wheat flour and water, we don't need anything else, we mix until we get a compote texture and let it rest for 24 hours, tomorrow I'll show you and in 3 days we'll make magnificent flatbreads
