Method:
First, boil the potatoes well and make them as smooth as possible. Heat a little mustard oil in a pan and fry the black cumin and dried chilli pieces. Boil a little. If it has a pungent smell, it should be fried with onion and ginger powder till it becomes light red. Then mix well with mashed potatoes, raw chilli powder, tomato paste, salt and turmeric. Until all the spices are well mixed. At the end of the coriander leaves should be crushed. This mash is incomparable with hot dal rice.
