Today I tried something new, I've never cooked grilled fish before. Well, today I'm cooking grilled fish with my idea for dinner. Maybe I chose my favorite menu, I am a lover of regional specialties such as fish in soy sauce, and several other food menus.
I bought a kilo of fresh milkfish while I was at the market and the seasoning to prepare the serving. It's actually quite easy to prepare from the ingredients and seasonings.
Soy sauce seasoning and a mixture of tomatoes, shallots, garlic, red chilies and sweet soy sauce. everything is mixed well to make it more spicy with a tantalizing taste.
I present the process of serving the seasoning for milkfish, the orange-colored seasoning with some mixture of natural spices that I prepared with sufficient equipment.
The cleaned milkfish enters the stage of serving the spices to the fish. Actually, I'm more interested in trying regional specialty grilled fish with a mixture of softened peanut sauce.
The process of making peanut sauce with soy sauce, I made the seasoning manually with a traditional tool, namely a mortar, this spice grinder has become a commonly used tool from every region of Indonesia.
