Healthy food is needed to live a healthy life. Vegetables play a very important role in fulfilling the daily nutritional needs of the body. Vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber for the body.
In addition to boosting the body's resistance to disease, these nutrient-rich vegetables also play a key role in aiding digestion, digestion and digestion, converting carbs and oils into calories (energy), increasing appetite and relieving constipation.
Every day some vegetable sellers come to our town to sell their vegetables. They came today as they do every day. As soon as I went out, I saw green and red vegetables. I bought two types of vegetables on purpose. One is green leaf and the other is radish leaf.

Many of us do not like this vegetables and we eat delicious food every day like chicken, roasts, beef, mutton etc. These are healthy but not for everyone.
The ingredients that are needed to cook it these are;
- Green leaves
- Onion
- garlic
- Oil
- Green chili
- salt
How i prepared :
First I washed and cleaned the green leaves. Then I boiled the green leaves in hot water I put the boiled leaves in a pot and drained the water. When the water is well drained, it has to be fried in oil.
For frying in oil, i fried onion, garlic and chilli properly in a pan and then pour boiled vegetables properly. it took two minutes to fully prepared.
One of my favorites is green vegetables. As vegetarian food is beneficial for health, it is easily available and affordable. Thanks to read my blog.
