Hi everybody I am niloy84.Today I came up with another recipe that my mother cooked on her own and I took some ideas about it and took some pictures. So let's go over the details of the recipe

Chicken meat: 1 kg Potato medium size: Peel 5-6 hrs and cut into 2 pieces Onion crumbs: 1 medium size Garlic cloves: 3-4 cloves Onion paste: 3 tbsp Garlic paste: 1 tbsp Ginger paste: 1 tbsp Turmeric powder: 2 teaspoons Chili powder: 2 teaspoons Kashmiri chili powder: 1 teaspoon Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon Hot spice powder: 1 teaspoon Cinnamon: 1 inch 2-3 pieces Cardamom: 2 p.m. Bay leaves: 1 hour Salt: 2 teaspoons / to taste Sugar: 1 pinch Oil: 1/2 cup

Method:
Cut the chicken, wash it, add water, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, sugar and spread it with 1 tbsp oil. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till they turn red. Now fry the red onion in the pan with the rest of the oil and stir in the whole oil with cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves and stir the garlic. When the garlic is red, cover it with the grated meat.Cook over low heat so that the meat is cooked in the water that comes out of the meat. When the meat is half cooked, cover it with the fried potatoes. When the meat is cooked, drain it well and cover it with the same amount of broth. When the broth boils and the quantity is equal, shake it with fried onion and hot saffron powder and cover it. When it boils, turn off the stove and keep it covered for 10-15 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, lower and serve.
