Desi vegetable salad
Ingredients: Let's know what it takes to make a nutritious vegetable salad.
1 cup of chopped carrots,
1 cup of crushed cucumber,
1 cup ripe tomatoes,
Half a cup of chopped onion,
2 tablespoons of sour yogurt,
1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
Half a teaspoon of white pepper powder,
Half a tablespoon of sugar,
Half a cup of coriander leaves,
Raw chilli powder to taste,
Like the amount of salt.
How to make: Cut everything and soak it in water. Now spread all the ingredients and serve sprinkled with green chillies.
Chinese vegetable salad
Ingredients: Let's not know what it takes to make a nutritious Chinese vegetable salad.
2 cups of chopped carrots,
1 cup of cabbage powder,
1 cup of tomato paste,
1 teaspoon of white pepper powder,
The amount of salt,
Salad dredging 1 tbsp,
2 tablespoons of sauce,
Salad cream 2 tablespoons,
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together and make a salad. Serve in bowl of choice. Became busy salad. There is a lot of joy in making such a salad in a short time. And, salads are quite beneficial for the body.
