Dopeyaja of Rui fish

Rui fish 5 pieces
Onion sprouts 1/2 cup

2 green chillies (sliced)

1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Like the amount of salt
1 tomato
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup of lukewarm water
1/3 cup of oil

Preparation:

Rinse the fish well and drain the water. There can be no water on the fish. Now the fish should be smeared with half a teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of salt.

Heat oil in a pan and let it heat in the oven. When the oil is hot, add spiced fish. Now turn the flame of the stove to medium and fry both sides of the fish until red.

When the fish is fried, put the fish on a separate plate. You can cook the rest of the oil in the remaining oil.

Now add onion. When the color of onion becomes light brown, add ginger paste and garlic paste. Give enough salt. Now add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt one by one and cook well. Now add tomato paste with it.

Keep the stove on medium heat and add a little water to the spices. Add a little 1 cup of water and add spices. Once the spices are added, add the folded fish when the oil rises on the spices.

After one minute, carefully invert the fish and cover the pot with the remaining 1/2 cup of water. Cover the fish over medium heat and cook for 5-6 minutes so that the spices penetrate well inside the fish.

After five minutes, I will remove the lid of the pot and put the green chillies on the fish. When the oil rises on the fish broth, turn off the oven and cover the fish for three to four minutes. Then serve with fun hot rice with fun rui fish dompeyaja.
