We chop the chicken and the sausage into small pieces and leave them reserved, in a separate pot we begin to cook our rice. when the seasonings are fried, add the chicken and let it cook over low heat.

We stir constantly so that the chicken does not burn, we add the sausage, oregano and salt to taste.

When the rice is almost ready, we add our chicken with sausage and cover it and let it simmer.

We shake constantly to avoid burning and we test before turning off, we add a little more salt if you need it. And with this, our rice with chicken and sausage will be ready to serve.
