1 kg of meat
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
1/2 cup crumbs
10 green peppers
3 tablespoons mustard oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 Jayatri
2 cinnamon
4 cardamoms
6 round peppers
6 cloves
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup tokadai
1/2 cup onion barista
1 tablespoon ghee

Onion cut into 1/4 cup cubes
Mix 1 teaspoon black roasted spices
Meat, oil, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, green chillies 4 tbsp, mustard oil soy sauce, jaggery, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, chilli, bay leaves, sour curd, mix together 5-10 minutes is not wasted

Once the meat is cooked, cover it with onion and water and cook on low heat for 3 hours. You can cook in a pressure cooker if you want This will require 20-30 minutes When the meat is cooked, stir until all the water is dry.

In another bowl, combine the mustard oil, ghee, cubed onion and green chillies with the cooked beef.
Then mix it well with kala bhuna masala mix (Cumin 1 tsp, nutmeg 1/4, jaggery 2 pcs, cloves 8 pcs, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, mustard, fried together and powdered together to make kala bhuna masala mix)

Turn off the oven and spread the onion barista on it and serve with rice, parota or bread hot kala bhuna.

Serve well with rice or bread at the end of cooking. These meats are very tasty and fragrant to eat.
