Procedure:
First you have to fry the fish very well. And this work will be done in a pan which is commonly used for frying fish. Usually if you use a new pan or pot, the fish is likely to stick to the pot. Again, if the oil is less hot during frying, there is a possibility to stick again with the pot. So in the case of fish frying, these issues should be kept in mind. No more ingredients will be given while frying the fish except turmeric powder. Salt can be given and the fish should be fried according to your choice and taste. I like it to say as according to your choice and taste because many people like it very much fried and some people like to eat a little soft fry.
Then there is the main cooking process where you can see the vegetables in a pan by gently mixing the necessary ingredients in the pan and cook the vegetables first.
In this way, the vegetables should be lightly boiled for about ten minutes. And when the spices blend well with the vegetables, you have to add some water as you can see in the picture. The purpose of watering is to boil the vegetables well afterwards. 4/5 minutes before finishing cooking from the last oven, the fish should be put in the vegetables. After giving the fish, if you cook it for a while, you will get a taste of fish in the vegetables.
