Above all, it is one of the most popular and delicious vegetables in Bangladesh. Generally, red spinach goes well with shrimp. So today I am going to share the cooking recipe of shrimp and red spinach with all of you.
This is a very easy task. First the vegetables should be weeded well. Then the vegetables have to be chopped. Other vitamins, including vitamin C, can be mixed with water if washed after cutting. So in all cases it has to be washed first and then cut.
On the other hand, the shrimps should be fried in soybean oil with light salt and pepper. Now start cooking with a little soybean oil in another pot. After a while it will soften and a boiled feeling will come. In this case, other ingredients such as salt, pepper, turmeric, onion slice and grinned garlic etc. should be mixed. And just before the end of the last cooking, the shrimp was fried and it should be mixed and cooked for another 4/5 minutes. In this case, the less time it takes to cook, the better because the quality vitamins in the vegetables will continue. But it depends entirely on the needs or test of those who will enjoy it. Some prefer to eat vegetables in a slightly softer way while others prefer to eat in a slightly harder condition.
