Importance of masala during cooking
Those who are related to cooking must know about the importance of different ingredients and masala for cooking. Very common and important ingredients for cooking almost every item are-
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Turmeric
- Chili
- Soyabean Oil
- Salt
Are these being very common and widely used for several cooking like meat for example beef mutton chicken, fish, and some ingredients are related to vegetable as well. So, it's really important to have the ingredients like masala beside hand all the time. Who and we have all the ingredients just nearby us then we can easily Cook at our choice.
For this I normally maintained some jar where I store most necessary and important ingredients around me in the kitchen. Some masala has to be e converted into suitable form. For example, ginger it needs to be sliced first then blending through blender and after that it is stored in a refrigerator. So, I do this normally once or twice in a month. And use regularly after collecting from fridge. Garlic is nothing different from this.
On the other hand, turmeric, Chili, cumin, coriander powder etc. needs to be sliced through the machine so that I can find those slice powder around me in my kitchen. Other ingredients are really needed and most of them are available in the nearby that's why I like meat masala fish masala biryani masala are need not to be stored. So, I collect those things by my husband whenever it is required.
