First let's take a look at what materials are needed
The materials that are needed here are very small and all of them are in the house almost all the time.
Eggs
Onion
Garlic
Pepper powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Cumin
Coriander
Soybean oil
Procedure:
First boil the eggs in hot oil and then fry them. In other words, the first task is to boil the egg and then remove the shell from the top of the egg. Then the eggs should be fried red so that a color emerges as shown in the picture. Now the eggs need to be taken down from the pan.
In another pot (pen), first add soybean oil and then add some chopped onion. When it becomes a little soft, you have to add the other ingredients that you have, such as chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin, coriander. All the ingredients need to be cooked for a while to blend very well. Only when all the ingredients are well mixed and a deep feeling is seen will it be understood that the cooking is almost towards the end. In this condition boiled and fried eggs should be put in the pan. Then cook for another three to four minutes but in this case mix with water. Cook with as much water as needed or in moderation and wait until the water evaporates.
And this is a very simple and simple cooking which is done in the rural areas of Bangladesh and many people do it for special needs especially when there is nothing in the house.
