Ingredients:
- Stinging catfish
- Onion slice
- Soyabean Oil
- Garlic blended
- Turmeric Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Green pepper
Procedure:
First you have to fry the Stinging catfish very well in soybean oil. Once the Stinging catfish is fried, it should be picked up and placed in another container.
In a new pan, cook some soybean oil and onion together. When the onion is soft, add various ingredients like turmeric powder, chilli powder, garlic paste, coriander paste and fish spice. Now you have to mix all together and cook well for 5 to 10 minutes. When it becomes too dark, water it. Cover the pot with adequate amount of water and cook till the water evaporates and dries. You need to cook as much water as you need. The fish and green pepper should be mixed two to three minutes before the end of cooking.
