Hope everybody is doing well. i am your frriend sumon (mspbro). Today I will tell you a delicious food recipe. This dish is my favorite. The food is roasted shrimp.

Shrimp roast

Shrimp roasted to eat but awesome. All the spices are cooked very well. You can make roasted shrimp with small shrimp, large shrimp or medium size shrimp if you want. You can serve this shrimp with roasted rice or bread if you want. To make this recipe, you must peel the shrimp and cook it. But the taste of roasted shrimp increases a lot. Then write down the recipe, and make it quickly. If you like this recipe, you must like it.

Ingredients: -

To make roasted shrimp, it takes 200 grams of shrimp (the head and shell of the shrimp should be washed off), it takes 1 onion grate, another onion has to be cut a little bigger because it will be made into paste, it takes 1 tomato grate, 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, it looks like ginger-rusun.1 raw chilli, 8 black peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (but you have to take separate turmeric to spread turmeric on the shrimp), 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder, whole coriander and whole cumin are mixed with 1 teaspoon, whole fennel 1/2 teaspoon, the amount of salt and coriander leaves (if you do not like to eat coriander leaves or if you do not have coriander leaves at hand, you can make it without coriander leaves).

Method: -

First you have to make some ingredients paste. In the jar of the mixer, take the onion (the onion was cut into large pieces), take the tomato, whole coriander and cumin, whole fennel, raw chilli, black pepper and ginger.
Now you have to make a paste of all these ingredients very well.
Then add salt and turmeric in the same amount of shrimp.
To roast the shrimp, heat the pan and add a little oil.When the oil is hot, add salt and turmeric to the shrimps. The shrimps need to be fried, but frying too much can make the shrimp hard, so there is no need to fry too much.
When the shrimp is fried, it should be taken down, but with very little oil in the pan, it should be taken down.
Put oil in the pan again.
When the oil is hot, add chopped onion.
When the onion is well fried, add the spice paste which was made before cooking. You have to give chilli-turmeric powder and you have to give the same amount of salt.Since it is roasted shrimp, the spices must be seasoned very well. But the taste of cooking depends entirely on adding spices.

If oil is released from the spices, the fried shrimps should be added.
Again, you have to add a little shrimp with spices.
Then you have to give a little water in it. This cooking does not require much water.Salt was given earlier, but if you think you need more salt, you can give it at this time.
Now it should be covered for 10 minutes, but the flame should be reduced.
Dhaka should be opened after 10 minutes. Coriander leaves should be spread.
Shrimp was roasted after mixing.
