First I washed the tilapia fish well and cut it. After cutting it, I made two calls with a knife over my head. So that the salt and spices enter well within a month.
I took a fish here so I put a small amount of salt and turmeric powder on the fish well. Salt and turmeric powder should be given according to taste. If these are too much, the taste of fish will be lost. So I gave enough and a certain amount.
After adding the specified amount of salt and turmeric powder, I added a teaspoon of spice here. These spices are coriander powder, cumin powder, pulse sugar gura, and long guro.
With the spice powder I added some dried chilli powder to taste. If you do not give the amount of dried chili powder, it will become much more salty.
Everything is salt, turmeric, spices, I put the fish together well. After macha, I left this fish for some time for meditation. Then after 1 hour I fried this fish well in oil. Crunchy.
