My break fast: yam and egg sauce😋

Good day my dear blurtters, it’s the second day in the month of October......what a time to be alive!
Today I had to prepare a special recipe for myself which am going to share with you. You know self love is everything, so you always need to appreciate yourself no matter what!
Today I prepared yam and egg sauce and here is how I went about it.

STEPS:
1: Firstly, I had my yam pilled that’s the quantity that would be enough.

2: washed the yam, boil the yam with only salt in it since I would be having it with sauce.

3: Allow boil for about 15-20 minutes then you have it ready.

4: for my sauce I have about 4eggs, onions, pepper, salt, fresh tomato, groundnut oil, maggi and some scent leave.

5: put your fry pan with oil on fire, allow the oil for like a minute.

6: When the oil is hot you add tomatoes and onions allow it to steam for some seconds.

7: then you add the egg, stir it.

8: then you add Maggie, pepper, and the scent leave.

9: stir it for a minute, make sure it is well stirred.

10: Food is ready.
