Hi Blurtter friends. 

Surely you love to eat salty delicious Halim?  And when you hear the name of this Halim, the name of beef or mutton comes first.  But Halim can also cook with chicken.  Let's know the recipe for making funny chicken halim-

 Ingredients (for pulses): Mug dal- fried half kapamsur dal- half kapaharhar dal- half kapmatar dal- half kapchola dal- half kapmasakalai dal- half kappolao rice- half kapalban- to taste.


 Method: Wash all the ingredients well and boil with 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of chilli powder, salt.  When boiled, knead well.


 Ingredients (meat cooking) Chicken - 1 small chopped turmeric - half a teaspoon - 1 teaspoon - 1 teaspoon - cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon - ginger - 1 tablespoon - garlic - half a teaspoon - hot spices - 3/4 hot oil - 1 cup salt - onion  Cup.

 Method: Put all the butter in the pot and cook the meat well.  Now cook the boiled pulses in a meat pot again for 15/20 minutes.


 Ingredients (for serving): Onion - Beresta Half a cup of ginger powder - 1 table - spoonful of coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons - lemon - quantity of cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
