Cheese balls maggie recipe

Hello people this is Monz from India and today i am going to share with you people a quick and easily made Maggie Cheese balls. Simple and quick recipe which you can have as your breakfast or snacks .

INGREDIENTS

1 packet of Maggie

1 small bowl of onions , capsicum , finally chopped

Handfull of coriander leaves finally chopped

Salt to taste

2 table spoon of rice flour

Half tablespoon pepper powder

1 packet of Maggie Masala

1 small bowl of cheese

Steps

Step 1

Take a packet of Maggie and boil it till it's 50% remove excess water and leave to strain

Step 2

Take the strained maggie and add 1 finally chopped onion and half finally chopped capsicum , grate 2 carrots and mix them . Add finely chopped coriander leaves and 2 green chillies

Step 3
Add salt, pepper and Maggie Masala along with one tablespoon of grated ginger and mix all the mixtures properly

Step 4

Add 2 spoons of rice flour and 3 spoons of gram flour and mix them properly. Then knead into a dough like consistency.

Step 5
Make small balls of the dough and place it into the refrigerator for 1 hour

Step 6
Take a plate crush some raw maggie and and in a bowl take 2 table spoon of rice flour . Now take the balls out from the refrigerator and with a wet hand make the balls slight wet and dip them in the rice flour and raw maggie and add some cheese on inside the balls

Step 7
Put the oil to flame and wait until the oil is properly hot now put the balls in the oil and fry it till it becomes dark brown . (5mins)

Note

Keep the flame of the gas stove low or else the balls may burn from outside .

Now your cheese balls maggie is ready to be served with tomato sauce
