Hemp seed oil is a great choice if you are are going to fry mushrooms. Don't worry, you won't get fried. The THC concentration of a hemp plant is less than 0.3%. Hemp oil Hemp seed oil contains a lot of linoleic acid (the good fat). It has three times more omega-6 than omega-3. It is also a lot more suitable to grow hemp in the world than olive trees.

These three Haiku were inspired by @beelightfully's haiku challenge. Whenever I think of mushrooms I am hungry. I have just had so many tasty mushrooms in my life that whenever I hear the word mushroom I think "food".
