COOKING THIS HEALTHY DISH (FRIED RICE WITH VEGIES)

Good morning guys. It is so good to be back here on blurt. Today I'm gonna share what we had for our breakfast. Since we have a lot of left over rice from yesterday, I decided to make a fried rice out of it. I also added some vegetables into it to make it a little healthier.

The first thing that I did is to prepare every ingredients that I need in this dish. I already cleaned and cut it into small pieces.

That includes the following:

onion
garlic
carrots
egg
rice
cabbage
sweet potato leaves
left over spam

Then let us star cooking, first is you must sauté your onion and garlic in a pan with some oil. Then wait for its color to become golden brown.

them add your sliced carrots and spam and cover it until it is cooked, after that you can also add you egg and cook it.

then you can now add the crashed day old rice and mix it. Add some salt, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix it well, after wards add your cabbage and potatoes leaves and just mix it until the leaves are cooked. Taste it also in that you can adjust the saltiness of the food.
