At first I thought I failed when I made this bread. But it turned out to be a good one. ☺️ This was the first time I bake it in an improvised oven. I tried using my large pan with a lid and it baked my banana bread.
I thought it was a failure because I had forgotten some important procedures along the way. Though I was able to keep up and added the ingredients needed. 😁
So here are the ingredients for this recipe.
1 1/2 cup All purpose flour.
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla essence

I tried to use an alternative way of baking this bread for the benefit of those who don't have oven at home and wanted to bake. Not a perfect one though but it did a great job in baking the banana bread.
