Happy Valentines day! For sure many of you here had bought flowers or something sweet for your dear ones. My children were excited for this day that last night they made cards for their teachers and friends. When I went out today to send our children to school, I saw vendors of Valentine bouquets made of balloons, stuff toys, chocolates, flowers and more. Celebrating love. Though we should celebrate love everyday. ❤️
Anyway, speaking of sweets, made this very simple dessert made of banana, jackfruit and other ingredients. I call it Minatamisang Saging Saba at Langka or Sweetened Banana and Jackfruit.
Below is the video procedure.
If you don't like it to be too sweet, you can lessen the amount of sugar in it. Or you can just adjust accordingly. The ingredients are simple but its delicious.
