Hey Blurtters!
Happy New Year! I have not posted here since Christmas! Many events happened during the recent holidays, and I hope you had a great time with your loved ones. My family and I had a blast, and we enjoyed our time with family.
I bet you ate different sumptuous food in the past weeks. Talking about food, I'd like to share this dish that will make seafood lovers out there would want.
It's Ginataang Alimango in Filipino, and Crabs in Coconut Milk in English. I also added some vegetables to it.
Here is a little background story about this crab: It was actually given to me by my friend from Mindanao. It traveled to Cebu by boat still alive in a box. Crabs fresh from Mindanao!
Below is the video on how it is cooked.
This is one delicious dish but it takes time to eat it. You need to crack the shells open to get the crab meat. If you enjoy eating it, it is not a problem though.
Do you like crabs? I would love to hear about it in the comments.
Thank you for reading and watching!
Until next time!
xoxo,
Met
