Hello Blurtters 💕💞,

Even since I started this food episode I learnt alot from other hive members who are into cooking and preparing one food dish or the other nevertheless, welcome to my new fresh food preparation for today which I tagged Lagos Spinach vegetable soup with more other Vegetable ingredients like Nutmeg Inclusive not only that, it was rapped with a bowlleous cassava flakes paste. I will like to emphasize more on this particular Vegetable because it is very easy to plant and also keep inside the garden or main farm. It will survive more when you care more for it just like Humans. I love to plant all kinds of Vegetable Specie despite the fact that I used the mobile seedbed innovative ideas and it worked out well. I'm going to show us more about the kitchen episode down below with the step-by-step method and also how I fetch the Lagos spinach right from its source inside the farm.

Before I start this officially I'm going to show us some raw materials are used as follows.

• Salt
  

• White Onions 🌰

• Red Peppers 🌶️🌶️

• Fresh Locust beans
  

• Red oil
  

• Pot
  

• Nutmeg
  

• Maggi
  

• Two Clean Bowl
  

Step 1.

I went to the farm to fetch the Lagos spinach some few minutes ago and here was how it went.

This was when I got home and place the Lagos Spinach inside a seive for me to slice into pieces.

Step 2.

After I put the Lagos spinach into a big seive, I had to cut and slicing into smaller pieces for the benefits of the kind of soup I am about to make.

Step 3.

After I sliced the Vegetable into smaller pieces, I had to continued into the next step which was thorough washing with two different bowls.

Step 4.

The cooking starts in earnest, before anything I would like to show you guys all what I've prepared down for this food preparation.

I first of all place the empty pot on the fire and I allowed it to get dried, next... I poured the Red oil into the empty hot pot on the fire as shown below.

Step 5.

I had to pour the Locust beans, Maggi, grinded pepper into the very hot red oil already inside the pot.

• Salt went inside too
  

Step 6.

The Nutmeg also went inside the stew.

Step 7

And lastly I what they already drained Lagos spinach into the stew I made.

This was how it looked after several minutes of cooking and but you need to take some things into consideration lol making this kind of soup the vegetable should not exceed 7 minutes.

Step 8.

Before I could finish the vegetable preparation I already prepared halfway cassava flakes paste which is also known as Eba
