I hope that you all are well by the grace of Almighty ALLAH. I'm also well. Today, I'm here to share a recipe for making Chicken Vegetable Roll. This is a complicated recipe and has a lot of processing. So, read the full post with concentration.
It's not like those costly special recipes that are so complicated because of the cooking style, needed expertise, or because of the items. It's a simple recipe that anyone can make at home. But, it requires a lot of steps and processing including time. And that's what makes it complicated. And I'm presenting all my steps in detail below.
My Dish
It has two parts of making. First, it to make the vegetable and the chicken that will be put inside. And then the outside cover and frying the whole role. I'm sharing all the steps below by serial.
First Part
Step 1:- Arrange all the ingredients -
Garlc Paste
Onion Paste
Hot Spices
Sliced potatoes
Sliced Carrot
Chicken Paste.
To make this you have to remove all the bones first. Then use a blander to make this paste.
Add Garlic And Onion Paste And All The Spices on a Frying Pan Including Oil and Salt.
Then Add The Chicken Paste
Mix it and cook for 5 minutes
Now add egg and vegetables and let it cook for 2 minutes
And The First Part is Done
Part-2
Semolina
Flour
Milk
Now mix them
Then add an egg and mix it again
Now fry the paste that you ade to make the cover of the roll.
Not put the vegetable inside and roll it with the cover.
But, t's not the ending yet. There's a lot to do.
Make a normal liquid with only flour and water and sink the rolls in it.
It's a powder made by smashing a local food named "muri". Which is actually a fried form of rice.
Now smoothly add this powder to the wet rolls. It'll make the outside of the rolls crunchier including increasing the taste.
Now put them in hot oil. But, remember to keep the heat at a medium level. It's good to fry it with some time.
Finally the dish is ready.
The best thing about this dish is, it's made using a lot of ingredients. They made this dish amazingly tasty and the ingredients mainly the eggs, vegetables, chickens, and milk make it healthy and nutritious.
As I've told you before, it may take a lot of processing to make. But, there's nothing complicated in it and you can easily make it home. This will be a nutritious dish for you and your family. At least, it's a lot better than the rolls that we buy from food carts, cafes, or restaurants. Also, it's less costly to make at home.
