Ingredients for preparing Vegetable kuku:
Broccoli: 150 g
Green beans: one serving
Garlic (crushed): 1-3 seeds
Eggs: 3 pieces
Bell pepper (chopped): 1 piece
Spinach (chopped): 50 g
Fresh ginger or ginger powder: 1 tsp
Salt and black pepper: as needed
Oil or butter: 2 tbsp

- Put broccoli and green beans in a steamer and then chop.
I just cooked green beans - Put garlic, fresh ginger and bell pepper in a pan.
Then fry it with butter for a few minutes on low heat.
Then add spinach, broccoli, green beans, salt and black pepper.
- Pour the eggs one by one into a bowl and beat with a fork and pour into the pan to fry and harden.

There is no pizza cheese in the preparation of any kind of kuku، But you can add as you wish
