One of the Iranian desserts is halva, which is cooked and used in various occasions.
In fact, due to the #sweet taste of halva, it can be mentioned as a type of sweet
Two-color halva is known more as a sweet than halva. Because, like sweets, it has a firm texture and, as its name suggests, has two layers of cream and chocolate.
ingredients:
White flour: 1 full cup
Chickpea flour: 1 cup full
Solid oil: 1/2 cup
Sifted powdered sugar: 1 cup
Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
Ginger powder: if desired
How to prepare:
Sift the flour and fry it in a frying pan on the heat for about 10 minutes to get a raw smell and a creamy color.
Then add chickpea flour to the flour and fry together
Now add the butter or oil little by little (this step is also very important, we must see to it that the material is not too hard and not too loose) I first add 50 grams of butter, then the next 50 grams little by little as needed after Add butter and fry for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and wait for some of the heat to drop, then add the powdered sugar and mix well.
We must act quickly so that the material does not cool because it is not doughy and if it cools, we can not squeeze it in a container.
Take half of the halva and pour it into the mold until it is hot, then press it with the back of a spoon until it is well pressed. (I used a rectangular Pyrex container)
Add cocoa powder to the other half and mix well with a spoon to mix together.
Now pour this cocoa material over the previous ingredients and then, as before, press with the back of a spoon until it is well pressed.
Then put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
After they cool well, take them out of the refrigerator and let them reach room temperature
Then you can cut it and put it in the dish you want
I used fish and heart molds
I hope you like it
