If you don't want to go to the trouble of making lamb, you can make fun rasgolla with semolina in a very short time. Learn how to make.
Sujir Rasgolla
Materials
Suzy- half a cup
Milk - half a liter
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 2 tablespoons or to taste
Sira making materials
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - one and a half cup
Cardamom – 3
Preparation method
Put the pan on medium heat in the oven and keep stirring with milk. When thick, stir in ghee and sugar for 1 minute. Add a little bit of semolina to the milk. The mixture should be stirred constantly. Reduce the heat a little and keep stirring. When the glue is made like a dough, take it down and take it to the plate.
Put a pan on medium heat in the oven and stir with sugar and water. When the sugar is melted, add cardamom. There is no need to thicken the sugar syrup too much. When it becomes thick, reduce the heat of the stove and cover it.
Now when the dough is a little cold, apply ghee in your hand and make sweet with small portions. When it is sweet, increase the heat of the oven with sugar syrup and make it medium. Cover the pan and wait for 7 to 8 minutes. Rasgolla will swell in the meantime. Arrange in a bowl and serve with fun rasgolla. Rasgolla can be garnished with saffron or pistachio nuts.
