Pudding recipe
Everything you need to make instant pudding at home without an oven:
A quarter of a liter of milk with full butter
Sugar to your taste
4 eggs
Melt half a tablespoon of ghee or butter, whichever you like
How to make pudding:
In a pan with full skim milk, cut it in half and let it cool down.
Beat eggs well in a bowl and add sugar to it, keep beating again. When it is well beaten, add ghee or butter, half a table spoon. Beat a little more and combine everything
Take a pudding bowl or the bowl in which you want to make the pudding and spread some sugar on the floor. Spread about 1 teaspoon of sugar in a bowl and put it in the oven with a few teaspoons of water
When sugar is melted, the veins become red and become like caramel. When the caramel is in the bowl, take it out of the oven and cool the bowl
Now pour the cooled milk in the egg-sugar mixture and mix well with the mixture. Remember that if the milk is a little hot, the eggs will freeze. So you have to mix the milk very cold. Then pour the whole mixture into the cooled pudding bowl
Place a large saucepan type pot on the stove and place a pan stand in the middle of it. Take 1/4 part of it in water.
Place the bowl of pudding on the stand and cover. Cover the saucepan well and press it with something heavy on top. Now keep on burning the water
The pudding will be done in 20-25 minutes, so be careful. Before removing from the oven, check that the pudding is done properly with a stick
Then when the bowl of pudding is a little cold, turn it upside down on a spread plate. The caramel part of the pudding will come to the top.
Yes, enjoy the delicious pudding. Even if you do not have an oven, so there is no problem to prepare pudding!
