Oil cake

Hi friends I am limon007, today I tell you how to make tasty winter cake. It's really so tasty.

You can't imagine winter without cake. Although this cake is eaten at other times. And everyone likes oil cake more or less. Although this cake is known by different names in different regions, but this cake is better known as oil cake.

Materials

1 cup of rice powder
Half a cup of flour
According to one cup or sweet of date molasses
Like 1 cup or quantity of water
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A little salt
Oil for deep frying

Method

Molasses should be made like cider by burning it with 1 cup of water. Mix flour with flour, rice powder, baking powder and salt and knead in such a way that the dough is not too thin and not too thick. Cover the mixture for 2 hours.

Heat a large amount of oil in a frying pan. The oil must be well heated but care must be taken not to overheat otherwise the cake will burn as soon as it is served.

With a deep spoon or small cup, leave the cake mixture in the middle of the oil. Fold the cake one by one. No more than one can be given at a time. Fry brown on low heat. When one side is done, turn it over and fry the other side When the back is done, take it down. oil cake was made
