My friend Mirco always curses when we go to dinner and someone orders Carbonera here. It always seems to be a choice on the menu at the typical continental restaurant in Ghana. And Mirco will always say this is not proper carbonera. Well he is right in that most of the time it is prepared with ham and cream in Ghana, and if not ham chicken. This is enough to have all his Italian ancestors rolling in their graves and saying porki dio.
I have not caught properly properly carbonera on video so no one is ever caught with their pants down when it comes to pasta.

I would never dare order it in a restaurant - most likely cheap and disgusting. have to agree with Mirco. :-)

I laughed a lot at this publication, here in Venezuela we have a struggle with a typical dish that has spread to many regions by Venezuelan migration, the arepa is like a bread made from corn flour and here it has all kinds of fillings and is the most consumed dish, I had the opportunity to visit other places and when they offered me arepa, I cried because they did not look like the one in my country. Thank you for this publication. I am low on voting power but I am sure I will give a positive evaluation.
Haha yeah I want to take this my Italian friend to the Olive Garden in the US, it would be a riot. Americans have done a great job with perverting a lot of countries food but Italian, Mexican and Chinese we have really done a number on these.
