Good morning . I hope everyone is well in the absolute grace of the Creator. I'm fine too.Anyway today I am sharing the experience of eating a different kind of food. The dish is called pesta potato. It is known by different names in different places. In many places it is also known as tree potato. In our area it is only known as pesta.
Pesta potato tree is a kind of climbing tree. It tends to climb other trees. Pesta is also grown in the potato plant and at the base of the plant i.e. under the soil.
A few days ago my mother planted a few pesta trees and it yielded well. A few of those pesta potatoes were burned in the fire inside the clay oven. Then let me eat the burnt pesta potatoes. Although I have never eaten burnt pesta potatoes before.
It tastes a lot like a potato. However, there are some differences. However, eating the food was a different experience.Pesta potatoes are usually eaten as a curry. It tastes very good when cooked with fish.
