How to Cook this delicious food

First, wash the stems and leaves of the gourd thoroughly with water and cut them into small pieces. Then cut one or two potatoes into small pieces and wash them in water and clean them.

Then chop the onion, garlic and green chillies into small pieces. If you want, you can grind garlic and onion well and make it like a paste.
