These ingredients are needed to make this food
- Bean
- Potato
- Pepper
- Onion
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Mustard Oil
How to make this Paste or Mashed
- First you have to boil the beans and potatoes well. Or the beans and potatoes should be burnt well.
- Then one or two onions should be finely chopped and coriander leaves and chilli should be chopped finely. If you want you can use burnt pepper instead of green pepper.
- Then remove the skins from the beans and potatoes. Then mix the potatoes and beans together and grind.
- Then mix this mixture with coriander leaves, chopped onion, chilli powder and adequate amount of salt and mix all the ingredients together well by hand.
- Now pour the required amount of mustard oil on this mixture and mix this mixture well by hand then it will become a delicious mash.
Now it's your turn to serve. It tastes very good to eat with rice and is one of my very favorite dishes. You can make it at home and taste it if you want. I hope you like me will try to eat again and again.
