I've had the motivation and courage to attempt the upgrade from regular sushi rolls. Presentation not the greatest, as I didn't put the sauces in squeeze bottles & just freestyled it. I actually ate one, then realized I forgot the eel sauce, which is why the final photo is missing a piece. 😄😅 Overall success with these rolls, as all the flavours worked so well together. Unsure of exactly what they're called, but I'm going with Lobster volcano roll and crab volcano roll. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks! 😊
