I made yesterday turn out to be great. Not too salty anymore after fermented. Tho following Maangchi it said to fermented it for 2 days but it's already taste great after 24hr. Not too sour. Since i don't feel well today, i made chicken conge with Kongbap and eat it with kimchi. Was awesome! 😋
