First time cooking with sichuan(usually use other bases for hot pots)and the stuff is insanely good! For sure gonna go deeper with it has a great deep chilli flavor.

1/2 a pack of shimeji
4 fried chicken thighs
200ml double cream
200ml chicken broth
50 grams sichuan base
50 grams shredded cheese
Tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves chopped garlic
(Optional water cress on side)
