The dish I cooked was stir fried vegetables.
It is a combination of thinly sliced vegetables, cabbage, carrots, sweet potato and mung beans sprout.
This recipe is very easy to cook. Delicious, nutritious and yet cheap. The price of pork is now more expensive than beef, as well as fish.
I would have loved to eat even more when the vegetables I cooked were paired with fried fish.
This is my way of cooking.
Ingredients:
Garlic
Onion
Chicken broth cubes
Soy sauce
Fried tofu
Mixed vegetables.
Procedure:
In a frying pan, pour one tablespoon of oil.
Add the garlic and onion stir and then add the mixed vegetables, mix and add soy sauce, chicken broth cubes, and the fried tofu, add half a cup of water cover and simmer for 3 minutes and it is done. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
