Granny’s Spicy Chicken Feet Adobo

Granny @june21neneng woke up early to buy chicken feet at the market to cook spicy chicken feet adobo today.

When I got home I immediately cut off the toenails of the chicken and boil water to pour the feet in taking out the remaining skin on the feet so that, it could be easy to remove, a way of cleaning the feet.
Then put it in a sieve in removing the excess water, then place it in a pot, add red chilli, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, whole pepper corn, laurel leaves, let it soaked for 30 minutes.
After that, place the pot on the fire, let it boil until softened.
Remove the pot from the fire and set it aside first.
Use another pan, pour the oil to the pan, add the onion, the softened legs, the sugar, oysters sauce for sauteing then pour the broth from the boiled chicken.
Let it cook until the broth thickens.
I forgot to take a picture of the preparation because I was talking to someone while doing it.
