By the way, granny @june21neneng cooked sautéed mung beans.
We Filipinos, usually cook this dish every Friday. But since someone gave me mung beans today, I decided to cook it now.
It's easy to cook this recipe.
Wash the mung bean.
Soak in water for an hour first.
Put in a saucepan and boil until tender.
Remove from the heat and set aside first.
In a pan, pour in the oil, add the garlic, onion, shredded meat of smoked fish, add the fish sauce and saute.
(Pork is the common ingredient in this recipe, due to the high price of pork today, I used smoked fish. )

Pour the softened mung beans simmer for 30 minutes then add the spinach or ampalaya leaves and pork chicharon cover and then turn off the heat.

The vegetables that I added were picked from the potted spinach and potted bitter gourd that I planted back then.
