👉🏻Ingredients -
*10 to 15 golgappa puri
*1/2 cup beaten curd
*1/4 cup boiled potatoes
*1/4 cup boiled kala chana or black gram
*1/4 cup boiled whole green moong dal
*1/2 tsp sugar
*1/4 tsp ginger juice
*Salt as per taste
*1/2 tsp black salt
*1/4 tsp chaat masala
*1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
*1/4 tsp red chilly powder
*1/4 cup mint and coriander chutney
*1/4 cup sweet tamarind chutney
*1/4 cup nylon Dev
*1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
*1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
👉🏻Method-
Arrange all the golgappa in a plate (I have used air fryer golgappa ), make a small whole in each golgappa with a finger , now take bowl pass a curd through a mesh strainer then add sugar and ginger juice mix it nicely and keep it aside then add in a bowl mix all the dry spices mix it and keep it aside , now fill small amount of mashed potatoes, and boiled spouts mixture, pour curd on it then sprinkle little masala mixture, drizzle mint and coriander chutney, tamarind chutney on top , sprinkle some more masala , finally sprinkle nylon sev, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds on top , serve immediately .....
