Mixed vegetables in panchforan
Materials

1 cup of papaya cube, half cup of raw banana powder, 1 cup of patal cube, half cup of barbatikuchi, half cup of carrot paste, half teaspoon of panchforan, 2 tablespoons of onion paste, half teaspoon of garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tbsp. Cumin powder 3 teaspoons, salt to taste, yellow 3 teaspoons, 1 cinnamon, water.

Method
First you have to wash and cut the vegetables well. Then put the pan in the burning oven and add two tablespoons of oil. Fry the washed vegetables in oil with panchforan, onion, garlic and cinnamon and pour the washed vegetables in the pan. Stir well with salt, turmeric, green chillies and 1 cup of water and mix the spices. Cover the pan and keep it on low heat and wait for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the lid, mix the cumin powder, shake it a little, put it on low heat again for 10 minutes, take it out of the oven and serve hot. Mixed vegetables are very tasty and healthy. It can be served with white rice or bread (for 4 people).
